Previous owner sold the business (103.9 FM KACE) but not the building to another broadcaster; resulting in a technically vacant building.
Independent negotiations with the owner (All-Pro Broadcasting/ Willie Davis) led to a leasing contract for 3 years, resulting in the station (Black Bull Productions/Stevie Wonder) purchasing the building.
Statewide Airport Services- John Wayne Airport
Competitive Advantage: Won the $1.7 million dollar contract for providing Skycaps and wheelchair services. Contract for 3 years, rolled over from 2005, to 2008, to 2011, and finally had to advise the client it was no longer cost effective to compete in 2014.

During the promotional junket already commanding his time, Chris Gardner and I met at a function in Beverly Hills, California, where a few ideas for the use of local radio talkshow hosts interviews and exposure to the faith-based communities by way of personal appearances.
The Pursuit of Happyness is a 2006 American biographical drama film based on entrepreneur Chris Gardner's nearly one-year struggle being homeless.
Directed by Gabriele Muccino, the film features Will Smith as Gardner, a homeless salesman. Smith's son Jaden Smith co-stars, making his film debut as Gardner's son, Christopher Jr.
